Innovation & Corporate Venture Builder Analyst

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for developing and manage a process of transforming idea to prototype with internal and external stakeholders. 
More to add, Lead screening and assessment of ideas received from stc  KSA Sectors, Hackathons, and employees and Evaluating venture opportunity attractiveness, and identify problems/opportunity worth solving in an attractive market.
 

Job Responsibility

Develop innovation strategy, methodology and framework based on corporate strategy
Lead Innovation Hub and Corporate Venture Builder Operations 
Lead screening and assessment of ideas received from stc  KSA Sectors, Hackathons, and employees
Evaluating venture opportunity attractiveness, and identify problems/opportunity worth solving in an attractive market
Develop initiatives to drive and facilitate innovation through the stc group
Support Idea Owner to prepare concept papers for prioritized opportunities
Develop and manage a process of transforming idea to prototype with internal and external stakeholders
Propose and implement initiatives to embed innovation culture in stc
Manage IP registration process 
Liaise with other research function with stc for related activities (i.e. learning ideas would be referred to stc Academy)
